Very busy weekend but too zapped to post anything about it until later! 🙂 In the meantime, here is my second installment of "projects completed a long time ago" that haven’t been shared or seen by many.
It seems a fun way to share what I’ve done and plus – a blog post with a picture is better than no picture at all!
This one is of my sweet husband, Russell. I took all of these pictures on his birthday two years ago and had so much fun working on the page. Lots of collage-y techniques. Specifically lots of beeswax used (very similar to my Craft TV Weekly Project) on using beeswax on pages. Just be careful when using it – it gets hot, hot, hot! 🙂
I used some dictionary papers, regular scrapbook papers and some really pretty lasercut embellies I had saved up.
I still have this page propped up and "out" in my room – I want to get it framed and just need to get around to doing that.
🙂
Ciao!

I believe in the act of creativity in small everyday moments to make life more beautiful and meaningful..
That is really beautiful – gotta try that beeswax stuff!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this layout, very cool!!
