I love to paint the beauty of the West. My favorite  painting spots are beautiful Palo Duro Canyon near Canyon, Texas and also the surrounding Llano Estacado Plains.

I'm always looking at light and subject-matter, exploring the shadows on the ground and also the majestic skies above! I know I'm biased (being a seventh-generation Texan) but we have the most beautiful varied skies.
