I found this blog today – Operation Nice – and it just made me happy. The thought of kindness, being polite, and manners in an often unseemly world, is something I think about a lot. You see, being nice was always something that was taught, or rather, ingrained into me throughout my life. I love to be nice, I love to be kind – especially to someone who might not expect it. Like the ladies at the post office who are beat up on all day because the lines are slow, their package is lost or they have to step aside to fill out the forms. Being nice goes a long way towards feeling happiness – not just for the receiver, but most often for the giver….. And you know what? When you're nice, often you get it back in return. Now, I'm not trying to toot my own horn here as I definitely have my moments, but the reminder to be kind is relevant for us all.

That is a wonderful site! I used to be a grocery store cashier, so I always try to be nice to them, no matter how slowly the line is moving! Love your blog and your Etsy shop!
Aww, thank you so much for the kind words! I’m so glad you like it. Sounds like you live by the same philosophies I do. 🙂 That “Play Nice” sign is super cute!
