Welcome to the new bethanyfields.com ! This has been in the works for quite some time and though I’m on a teaching sabbatical while I’m in treatment, that doesn’t mean there is nothing going on behind the scenes.

This is my new home base here on the world wide web and I’m thrilled to have a place to talk with you more, share things I love, post tips and tricks, offer courses and products (!!) to help you thrive, and so much more. There are a lot more things in the works and I’m excited to share them with you (hopefully) soon.

It’s true that will I’m in cancer treatment, my life has dramatically changed. I can’t be as active as I was just a few short months ago and my world cracked open when I hard the words “you have cancer.”

Social media wants to peg you into a round hole but everything is spilling everywhere, like an easter egg, candy all around. I’m not just a painter, I have so many other things to think on and do and be! It’s scary and exciting and all things in between.

A Few Things I’m Loving:

I have a million ideas in my head and a lot of dreams in my heart! Please look around and let me know your thoughts! Some areas of the blog are still in construction and some have old code needing to be changed….just flip on by those as they are slowly fixed and will propagate soon.

For now, what would you like to see from me? What areas are you wanting to grow? This space will not be as directed and focused as it once was. Painting after painting with art quotes etc. Now it’s a little more wide and wandering, more fully encompassing my desires and my loves. Family, home, gardening, and yes, ART! All of it weaves together to make a beautiful tapestry. I hope you’ll join me in this creative work. I want to create something everyday. Maybe that’s more of a craft than a painting. Maybe it’s the simple act of arranging some flowers. Who knows? Every minute can be memorable if we are mindful.
