I’ve always loved Halloween and with Autumn approaching (this weekend yay!), I picked some favorite spooky Halloween home decor items to get our family into the seasonal vibe.
I’ve been having fun playing with the LTK app and making board links. Since I’m resting a lot, I have a lot of time on my hands!
I am a big fan of decorating a party table and I spotted this cute creepy cloth and knew it would be fun to place on our dining table. Nestle in some pumpkins and candles, some faux branches, a pretty decorative skull and it feels just right. No tricks just treats!
- Creepy Cloth
- Black Handled Urn/Pot
- Black Glass Candy Jar
- Wicker Witch Hats
- Faux Candles
- Checkered Pumpkin
- Spooky Brass Bowl
- Pretty Skull
- Black Faux Branches
We have a big tradition to make “mummy wraps” (pigs-in-a-blanket) every Halloween. I use canned croissant rolls and cut them very thinly with a pizza cutter to wrap around the lil’ smokie sausages. They’re always a hit and since I make them only once a year, the kids gobble them up! We also always have popcorn, a veggie tray, and of course all the candy we can eat. Spooky and sweet.
We haven’t all decided on our costumes for this year but our neighborhood will be full of trick or treaters. I can’t wait to hand out candy (I have a cauldron similar to this for handing candy out) and see all the littles (and bigs) dressed up and excited. It’s a favorite holiday of the year!
